Founded in 2000 by seasoned Venture Capital and Corporate Finance professionals Alan Nash and Duncan Fitzwilliams, Nash Fitzwilliams is a specialist Corporate Finance advisory firm focused on providing capital principally for private companies in the UK and the US by arranging equity & debt private placements typically ranging in size from £1 million to £10 million.

We also provide Mergers & Acquisitions advice to companies and management teams, and arrange financing for management buy-outs and buy-ins. 

In the direct private placement sector, we have raised over an 11-year period more than £120 million in 40+ private placements for 19 companies from our network of high net-worth individuals, family offices and institutions.  We have also advised trade and private equity clients as well as management teams in disposals and acquisitions of companies, with a particular focus on the construction sector throughout Europe, and increasingly further afield into the developing markets.
