Voxware Inc.

We arranged the private placement of $5 million of Common Shares in a ‘PIPE’ transaction in June 2003, following two earlier rounds of equity financing.  Edison Ventures and Cross Atlantic Partners became shareholders at the time. Voxware optimises the logistic functions of major distribution centres by providing voice-based software solutions. The shares were publicly traded on Nasdaq, but the company was taken private by its private equity shareholders in 2010.
