Nash Fitzwilliams acted as financial adviser to the management team of Beechcroft, a niche retirement property developer, on the buyout of the company, backed by specialist private equity firm Alchemy Partners. We assisted management with the development of managament’s business plan and the preparation of the required information materials. We contacted potential investors and advised during the negotiations between the vendors, management and the investor.
